Sessions

Semi-private: Semi-privates are built on a circuit-training approach to Pilates, in which clients get to use all equipment in the studio (Reformer, Cadillac, Arm Chair, Wunda Chair, and more). The client/instructor ratio is 3/1 and semi-privates are available Monday through Saturday mornings and Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons and early evenings.

Private: Clients receive one-on-one instruction in a customized hour of exercising. Privates are great way to introduce Pilates to your body, to help recover from injury, or a good tune up for experienced practitioners.

Duet: Like a private, but with a friend! This program gives you and a friend a customized workout for two.

Small Group Classes

Pilates Bootcamp for Men: A challenging workout specifically designed for men. Classes are designed for four people working with one teacher. Most classes focus on using one piece of apparatus for the full hour. These classes are limited to four participants and we recommend reserving your spot early.
