PMA Conference 2012

I just returned from an amazing few days in Las Vegas for the Pilates Method Alliance annual conference. I taught an “Introduction to the Arm Chair and Slant Board” 3-hour workshop, with 125 enthusiastic attendees. With 4 Arm Chairs, everyone was able to sample the apparatus and get a feel for it. Looks like this will be a popular addition to the Pilates repertoire!

At the conference, I enjoyed meeting with Amanda Altman, Managing Editor, Pilates Style Magazine, and Bambi Abernathy, Editor-in-Chief, Pilates Style Magazine.
